Financial Analyst

ZEN Residential Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our forward-thinking property management team. As a company dedicated to redefining property management through innovative financial strategies and exceptional service, we're looking for someone who can help us maximize our financial performance and drive growth in our portfolio. You will play a vital role in optimizing our financial operations and enhancing our investment strategies. You'll work closely with various departments to analyze financial data, create forecasts, and provide insights that support our unique approach to property and asset management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of our property portfolio to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and asset management strategies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and investors
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for individual properties and the overall portfolio
- Analyze the financial impact of capital improvement projects and recommend optimal funding strategies
- Support the evaluation of potential property acquisitions and dispositions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with the asset management team to optimize property performance and maximize returns
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and reports
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial software
- Knowledge of real estate financial metrics and valuation methodologies
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis
