We are looking for an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and teas, to our customers.
- Ensure that all drinks are made to the customer's specifications and are of the highest quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, equipment, and storage areas.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations on drinks and food items.
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Be knowledgeable about our menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proserve.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and espresso equipment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about new coffee blends, brewing techniques, and latte art.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
