**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Cook and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to customers or staff
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow proper food safety protocols during meal preparation and service
- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks effectively
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

**Experience**
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in the food industry or related fields such as catering or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction is desirable
