**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with site Supervisor for traffic control plan
- Ensure sufficient deployment and productivity of all flag personnel
- Work as a team member and leader to carry out all Traffic Control plans
- Ensure proper signage is in place on job site before work begins
- Check worksite daily for any signage adjustments or fixes
- Assist with other labour related duties on worksite through the day as needed
- Knowledge of paving equipment and the paving process
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- High school graduation or G.E.D. preferred
- More than 1 year experience in a related industry as a Traffic Control Person
- Class 5 driver's license
- Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must comply with the company’s drug, alcohol, and fitness testing.
- Willing to work out of town and in remote locations, as required.
- Willing to work overtime, as required.
