**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive and operate gravel truck to and from various job sites located in the Grande Prairie area
- Maintain proper cleanliness of truck ensuring
- Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation, carriage of goods, hours of service and occupational health and safety policies
- Able to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Use correct procedures when changing or adjusting screens, belts, rollers, jaw plates, cones, belt repairs and motor swaps.
- Assist with maintenance and fueling of equipment when necessary.
- Report any equipment deficiencies to supervisor.
- Shovel out all areas that are too small for the skid steer to operate effectively.
- Check all fluid levels daily on all crusher components.
- Maintain communications with all of the equipment operators to ensure they know where you are at all times, being aware of all other people and equipment working in the area.
- Working with equipment in crushing pit.
- All other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent.
- Capable of navigating a heavy-duty truck through city traffic
- Must be able to drive a standard truck
- Knowledge of applicable safety legislation and how to properly identify safety hazards is required
- Ability to perform pre and post trip equipment checks and accurately complete driver log books
- Physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 LBS on a regular basis.
- Must comply with Drug, Alcohol, and Fitness testing requirements.
- Availability to work both out-of-town and remote locations.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
