**Hours of Work**:Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00 pm, 20 hours per week

**Salary Range**:$23 / hour to start.

**Position Overview**:
**We Love to work with you if you have**:

- **Proficiency in Cloud Accounting Software**:

- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online)
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and monthly reconciliation in multiple currencies.
- **Tax Preparation**:

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of Corporate tax returns.
- **Financial Record Management**:

- Prepare accounts payable and receivable reminders and updates.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- **Daily Operations**:

- Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summaries.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate financial reports and statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvements.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance team and other departments.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

**Is this role right for you?**
- 3 +years of proven experience as a sole bookkeeper in a medium-sized business
- 3 +years of knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online) and Google Workplace.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- **Data Analysis Skills**: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization software.
- **Certifications**: Advanced certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent.
