Provide exceptional customer service, manages sales, and handle various operational tasks at a golf course's pro shop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet members and guests, answer questions, provide information about the course and services, and ensure a positive experience for all.
- **Sales and Transactions**: Process sales of merchandise, green fees, and other services, handle cash and other forms of payment, and operate point-of-sale system.
- **Tee Time Management**: Book tee times, check in golfers, and manage tee sheet.
- **Inventory Management**: Stock shelves, receive new merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- **Pro Shop Maintenance**: Ensure the pro shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- **Communication**: Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and communicate with other staff members.
- **Special Events**: Assist with the setup and organization of tournaments, leagues, and other special events.
- **Opening and Closing Procedures**: Open and close the pro shop, including setting the alarm system.
- **Other Duties**: Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.20-$23.84 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
