Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient spending across campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the paid advertising landscape.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, specifically on Google AdWords, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, AdWords Editor, and social media analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
