Middle Eastern Restaurant Supervisor

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Oversee food preparation to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Implement and maintain food handling protocols in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage POS systems, including cash handling and transaction processing.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that meet customer preferences.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with effective team management skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on hospitality.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
