**HERE FOR IT**
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the operation of our Sports Bar on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing support and coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping fuel moments worth sharing for guests.
**WE’LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK, HERE’S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (per applicable law) and are certified in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service requirements. You also have your high school diploma or similar. Preferably, you have at least two years of experience working in a high volume, full-service restaurant.
- You have the heart of a competitor - Sportsmanship, Hustle, Spontaneity, Community, and Fun are all part of your player profile.
- You know what it takes to create moments worth sharing between friends and have exceptional guest service skills.
