Administrator, Intake

As the **Administrator, Intake & Resolution**, you will work collaboratively with a team to process complaint submissions by completing administrative duties. You will maintain the file intake and closure process while handling a variety of complex and/or highly confidential issues.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Perform all administrative duties required for Complaint Intake, Preliminary Investigation, and Early Resolution including**:
- Review complaint submission forms to ensure completeness.
- Request medical records from hospitals, identify and redact confidential information from documents.
- Track timelines and progress of case files and follow up with parties on outstanding items, update complaint data as necessary.
- Report department data monthly.
- Participate in team and department meetings.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**:
- Diploma in administration, or equivalent education or experience.
**Experience**:
- Requirement of 3 to 5 years of administrative experience.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office of MS Office 365.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional attention to details, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and capable of handling confidential, sensitive, and personal information.
- High level of integrity and professional competence.
- Experience with medical terminology is an asset.
**SALARY**
The salary for this position is $67,809 and includes a comprehensive benefit package and pension plan.
