**Responsibilities**:
Analyzing drawings, prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labour and equipment

Establish and maintain tendering processes

Set Up cost monitoring, reporting systems and procedures

Establish and maintain tendering processes

Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors

Manage and co-ordinate construction projects and prepare construction progress schedules

Prepare estimates for construction projects

Attend walk throughs and site meetings to determine project scope

Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments and/or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues

Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors

Review material and labour requirements to decide on the most cost-effective solution
- Develop a project plan and timeline for completion of the project

Resolve conflicts, utilize astute problem solving, skills and conflict resolution/mediation if required

Performing additional responsibilities as assigned

Desired Skills:
4-5 years experience of construction estimating experience

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, efficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office Suite software

Experience with Estimating Software an asset

Accountable problem solver with the ability to oversee projects

Ability to set high expectations with a strong work ethic

Must be coachable, teachable, and adaptable

Wage: $75,000-$100,000 Competitive wages based on experience and will have opportunity to grow with our company

Schedule: - Availability Monday-Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- Weekends as needed
