We’re Looking for a Store Supervisor

We’re Moon & Mil, owners of Naan Culture — a new and growing brand in Winnipeg serving our signature stuffed naans made fresh with love

We’re not after fancy resumes — we’re after good people who care, work hard, and bring good energy to the team.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
Someone who:

- Can communicate comfortably in English with customers & teammates
- Can handle the heat of a busy take-out kitchen (and maybe dance a little while doing it)
- Takes ownership, shows urgency, and keeps the team moving
- Leads by example ; helping everyone get the job done right
- Is available for flexible shifts between 11am-4am (around 30-40 hrs/week depending on business)
- Can stay calm, positive, and friendly ; even on the busiest days

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Run and support the shift to make sure everything runs smooth
- Help make our signature stuffed naans fresh and fast
- Operate the POS, pack orders, and provide awesome customer service
- Keep the place clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with cash handling, closing, inventory,
- Bring your ideas, energy, and leadership to help us grow
