**Sparrow Hotels is excited to be recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor at our Wyndham Garden Winnipeg Airport location to oversee the daily operation of the hotel.**

Wyndham Garden is a full-service hotel located on the first Urban Reserve in Winnipeg; the Long Plain Madison Reserve located on Treaty 1 territory. The hotel is owned by Long Plain First Nation and is operated by Sparrow Hotels. The hotel features 132 guest rooms, pool, waterslide, fitness center, 5800 square feet of flexible meeting space, dining room, café, and 230 parking stalls.

This position will be responsible for overseeing all operations on the hotel restaurant floor. Ensuring the highest standards of customer expectations and services are met or exceeded. Maintaining prompt, courteous and professional service to restaurant guests whenever the situation arises.

**Duties**:
1. Facilitate a consistent onboarding/training process for all new employees and ensure existing employees are adhering to all policies and procedures.

2. Organize, support, and inspire staff to provide exceptional service.

3. Respond to staff needs professionally and respectfully.

4. Develop and build team relations.

5. Maintain inventory control of liquor, food, utensils, and dishware.

6. Manage cash and conduct procedures for till count and change -over.

7. Perform the audit, balancing cash, and sales.

8. Oversee maintenance and upkeep of equipment, supplies, facility, etc.
