Here at The Atlas° Hotel, our passion is to become Regina's favorite hotel. We are independent, locally-owned, homegrown, and pride ourselves on investing in our property, fostering an amazing team, and creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

A day in the life of our Guest Ambassador's include:

- Emitting a fun, professional, and welcoming energy while interacting with our guests.
- Taking reservations in a timely manner and in accordance with our brand standards - the most important part of this role, and a great way to flex your communication skills.
- Signing for most deliveries that come through the Front Desk. Not the most exciting part of the job but is very important to keep our hotel running smoothly.
- Responding and following up to guest complaints or concerns, and rectifying these when they do happen to arise.
- Completing general filing and some administrative work. We know that it may sound boring, but it will be a nice change of pace after going through lots of check-ins or check-outs.

The hotel offers many Crew perks, as well as an optional benefits plan after 3 months.

If you thrive on multitasking, have an “I got this” attitude, are willing to go above + beyond, and fastidiousness could be your middle name, you just might be the glass slipper that's a perfect fit for this Cinderella (yes, we just made that comparison in a job ad.
