**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate information regarding automotive repairs and services.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of all transactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

**Experience**
- Will Train
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling services or products.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures in a retail or service environment is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
