- Oversee daily operations in the distribution center, ensuring timely and accurate shipment and reception of products.
- Loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
- Picking, palletizing, wrapping and documentation of outgoing shipments.
- Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies to optimize workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Inventory management physical and digital.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with all levels.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not necessary, enhancing communication with a broader range of co-workers and clients.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in warehouse distribution processes, including inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Ability to fabricate solutions on-the-fly when faced with operational challenges.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting required by the job duties.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in warehousing.
- Ability to work unsupervised, self starter.
- certified fork lift operator.
