**The Position**:
We are currently seeking a **Service Network Operations Specialist.** This role is responsible for supporting MX Service Network Operation with a focus on assisting Manager, MX Service Operation in leading and taking ownership of the company and Independent Service Provide program (ISP).
**What you’re responsible for**:
- Establishing Internet Service Provider (ISP) guidelines and authorization process as required.
- Facilitate the process with ISP applicant and ISP service parts distributor for access to service parts, service tools and jigs as per compliance requirements.
- Monitor ISP performance to ensure compliance with program requirement, KPI requirements/performance.
- Facilitate and/or conduct service training for ISP partners as per ISP program requirement.
- Responsible for auditing all ISP partners yearly to ensure program compliance.
- Establish strong partnership with service partners to ensure that Samsung brand is affiliated with strong and stable quality service partners.
**To join our team**:
- Degree in engineering or related electronic technical training.
- Able to interpret and analyze technical documentation and test procedures.
- Above average customer service skills and good negotiating skills.
- Experienced in delivery of high-level service technical training to large group in classroom type setting and one-on-one training sessions.
- 2+ years’ experience in testing wireless devices in a lab and field environment preferred.
- Understanding of wireless mobile communication network and technology.
- Experience in the use, setup and configuration of wireless communication test equipment preferred.
