**Position Summary**

As a Foreman at NCS Fluid Systems, you will coordinate all phases of water treatment projects on-site. Your responsibilities include managing labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications, while keeping work on schedule and within budget. You will also oversee scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise employees, subcontractors, and vendors daily, ensuring adequate manpower and task compliance while monitoring field staff and technicians.
- Perform quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Communicate with the project execution team regarding client needs.
- Coordinate inspections and address any non-compliance issues.
- Identify project conflicts and collaborate with the project team to resolve them.
- Maintain a daily log of job site activities.
- Oversee multiple job sites as needed.
- Lead coordination meetings.
- Track project progress and completion.
- Assist in budgeting and bidding processes.
- Help secure permits and approvals.
- Maintain records of material submittals and approvals.
- Identify tasks outside the project scope.
- Lead pre-construction meetings with clients.
- Assist in hiring employees.

**Required Skills and Abilities**
- Strong problem-solving skills for managing employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ability to identify and address deficient work.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and job site supervision.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate job sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook).
- Strong customer service, teamwork, and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Skills in planning, organizing, and managing competing demands.
- Attention to safety, quality, and productivity.

**Other Qualifications**
- Willingness to travel to assigned job sites.
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurability (must be eligible for coverage under company vehicle insurance policy).

**Education and Experience**

A minimum of three years of verifiable experience, including knowledge of trades and water treatment, is required. Familiarity with sediment control and construction sites is preferred. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is essential.

**Physical Demands**

This role involves standing, walking, climbing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions.

**Work Environment**

Job sites may involve exposure to wet conditions, moving machinery, elevated work areas, and various weather conditions.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
