**What you will be doing**:

- Oversee daily operation: Ensure all branch processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Implement policies: Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
- Staff leadership: Lead, motivate and develop staff through performance reviews, training and team-building activities.
- Cover positions as required based on staffing needs

**What you need**:

- **Experience**: 3 - 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
- **Leadership**: strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide staff.
- **Problem Solving**:ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
