Position Summary:
Provide installation and service to pumps, water treatment systems and well remediation. The Plumber/Field Technician will handle customer service calls, make recommendations for equipment replacement, upgrades and service agreements while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Duties:

- Perform basic mechanical and plumbing labour on pumps and water treatment systems
- Install, service and maintain private, community and commercial water systems
- Install pressure tanks, fillers, water lines and hot water tanks
- Resolve customer concerns and investigate issues with a solution-focused approach

Other Duties:

- Perform project installations and maintenance in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized van
- Be available as the on-call technician one week out of every five

**Experience**:

- 2+ years’ Service Plumbing experience
- Certification of Qualification (Journeyman Plumber)
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Analytical, detail oriented, hands on, and a team player

Preferred Skills:

- Equipment maintenance skills
- Some Electrical experience

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00+, depending upon experience.
