We have a great opportunity for a **Customer Support Center Representative** to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities in our Business Development Center in the Waverley Auto Mall.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs, while being the first point of contact for our dealerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of customer contact on the phone and ensure customer satisfaction
- Answering on-line inquires and booking service appointments
- Maintain accurate information and up-to-date data about manufacturers’ recommended maintenance services
- Keeping customer information updated on our system
- Making outgoing retention and appointment reminder phone calls, and making any necessary changes to the appointments if needed

**Requirements**:

- Customer service, call centre or switchboard experience an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
- Attention to detail and highly driven to succeed
- Proficient in computer skills
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday
