Job Title: Customer Support Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers

Qualifications:

- Experience with Kitchen Cabinetry is an asset
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
