**A day in the life**:

- Your primary responsibilities will include handling logistics tasks and ensuring the timely generation of distribution and sales operations reports, such as Port, Rail, and order intake reports.
- We value your creative input for crafting management presentations.
- You will have the opportunity to analyze various aspects of the business and offer insightful recommendations.
- Some days will involve conducting ad-hoc inquiries, tracking service campaign status, assist with dealer inquiries, ensuring prompt support to dealer requests, and providing administrative support with shipment and customs-related documentation.
- You may also find yourself collaborating with different teams in HQ, as well as our field staff and port managers.
- Additionally, there are numerous engaging projects within sales operations, providing you with a fantastic chance to expand your business knowledge.

Qualifications

**General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- **MS Office Proficiency**: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.
- **Recruitment Timeline**: The recruitment process may begin as early as January 15, 2025, and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).
- **Hybrid Role**: This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
