Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently recruiting an Electrical Panel Assembler to join our team at either of our offices located in Port Coquitlam and Kelowna. enCompass Solutions Group services customers in a variety of markets, including Ports and Terminals, Industrial (Metals, Paper, Chemical, Mining), General Industry (Automotive, Manufacturing), Utility (Power Plants, Water and Wastewater), Marine, Oil and Gas, Mining, and others.

**What You'll Be Doing**

The duties of the Electrical Panel Assembler include but are not limited to:

- Assembly of electrical panels
- Work safely and efficiently with various hand and power tools such as screw drivers, drills, jig saw, manual and automated Ferrule Crimper.
- Mount electrical components i.e terminal blocks, control relays, circuit breakers, VFD’s, PLC’s, HMI’s and power supplies.
- Interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Assist in the testing and certification of electrical panels.
- Reviewing bill of materials to ensure all components are available prior to assembly.
- Work with the design team to improve panel assembly process.

**Who You Are**
- Familiar with electrical circuits and electrical schematics
- 2 years of panel assembling experience
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently as required
- Experience with AutoCAD is an asset
