As a **General Assembler**, you will be trained on multiple product families and will learn how to build, test, and package products in a warehouse setting. This is a full-time permanent position in a growing organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble a variety of LED light fixtures and components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks, including mounting, fastening, and securing parts using hand tools and power tools
- Install electrical components, wires, and connectors following wiring diagrams and schematics
- Inspect and test finished assemblies for quality and accuracy, and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Pack finished light fixtures into boxes and prepare for the shipping team
- Show a high degree of attention to detail and keep an eye out for quality issues or defects
- Keep a clean work area using 5S techniques
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Perform other tasks as directed

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- The ability to read and understand assembly instructions and wiring diagrams
- Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- A desire to learn new skills and flexibility to grow in the position
