**Desired Skills and Knowledge**

Applicants should have hands on electrical wiring experience that reflects the following capabilities:

- Minimum 1 year relevant knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code, CSA 22.2
- Minimum 1 years hands on Electrical wiring
- Strong skills reading and Interpreting electrical schematics
- Familiar with electrical distribution equipment from various manufacturers (Schneider, Siemens, Eaton, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Understanding of industrial electrician tasks is advantageous.

**Main Tasks**:

- Assists Red Seal Electricians with electrical wiring inside shop as per CEC -- kiosk, panels, EV charges, other. (no off site work)
- Mounting of equipment and electrical boxes inside kiosk using drills and hand tools
- Helps layout and cut wires required for the jobs
- Assists with testing of functional wiring as required
- Assists Electricians as required for efficiencies on the job
- Ensures completed products are built according to required specifications
- Support experienced electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Only those with Canadian Electrical Code experience will be considered_

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
