**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including cash handling and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service and retail sales.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by encouraging open communication among team members.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to support professional development.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in cash handling and payroll management is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills to maintain efficient operations and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies and best practices is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
