Reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Operations at IMAX Home Entertainment with a dotted-line to the Director of Operations, IMAX Entertainment, this co-ordinator will act as a key point of contact between IMAX’s Studio partners and IMAX’s Post Production, Operations, and Marketing teams to support the delivery of IMAX Trailers and Features to the Home Premiere content platform.

**Required Skills**:
The IMAX Global Theatre Services and Operations Team requires innovative, engaging, and effective training courses that drive their success. As an Intern within this group and with your enthusiasm for Training, you will participate in and contribute to various aspects of the Curriculum redesign to fit with today’s available technologies and distribution methods.

If you excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, providing quick response and meeting aggressive deadlines with a “big picture” focus and ability to build relationships that will translate seamlessly into the IMAX global culture.

You will provide direct support to the Training Program Lead building an enhanced “look and feel” to the current Training Curriculum and extend it outward through various Training distribution channels including but not limited to in-class and Virtual (on-line).

Through your contribution, you will help in ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and consistent customer experience to IMAX Stakeholders internally and externally.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist in the design of Training Materials
- Assist in the development of Training content (multimedia text etc.)
- Support Training with routine fulfillment tasks such as order picking and shipping.
- Provide data entry support as needed.
- Inventory transactions in SAP

**What we’re looking for**:

- Technically Oriented
- Graphics design and multimedia development is an asset
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline or other E-module development software is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with multiple audiences and levels, both internally and externally
- Enthusiastic team player/self-starter with the ability to analyze tasks, work independently and to drive projects to completion
- Excellent oral & written communications skills.
