**Required Skills**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Processing contractor & vendor invoices using Concur Solutions® software
- Job cost analysis through SAP®
- Managing IMAX LIVE Project Folders on corporate network drive.
- This position is a 9 to 5 in office position.
- Create and distribute installation packages for Field Technicians.
- Creating Sale Orders in SAP®
- Prepare courier shipments through FedEx online and track packages. Forward tracking details to originator through FEDEX Tracking software.
- Working closely with IMAX LIVE Project Managers to insure completion of all LIVE installations.
- Maintain SharePoint® master schedule
- Coordinating with IMAX Logistics to track system shipments

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proficient with SAP®, SharePoint® & Smart Sheet®
- A preference for four years (but a minimum of two) at the university, college, or technical school level or significant job-related experience.
- Specialized training in Project Coordination with a strong computer background.
- Experience in a fast-paced multitasking environment
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Proficient computer skills (MS office, ACAD, Windows OS)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to function in a high-pressure deadline driven environment
- Experience with Metrix® or other Field Service Management systems.
- Experience with Audio Visual Systems
- Ability to work some shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Knowledge of data bases and other SW systems.
