We are a farm to table restaurant looking for an exciting, dynamic and energetic Cook to join our team. 4 diamond food prepared in a cool and contemporary environment.
Hourly rate of pay plus cash gratuities of additional $3-$4 per hour

Roll up your sleeves and get some dirt under your fingers this season

Responsibilities include:
Operates at the highest standard of quality at all times
Dessert and pastry cookery experience
Cut / clean / prepare vegetables for service
Knowledge of classical French cuisine. Cooking to order of all menu items
Knowledge of vegetable, meat, fish, appetizer, dessert cookery is a must
Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own work day
Closing / opening the kitchen
Bringing a skill set that will make you successful in a fast paced environment
Organizing weddings and functions
Ability to clean and sanitize a workstation.
Ability to use an automatic dishwasher
Upholding AG standards of professionalism
Working at our farm
Arrives in a clean / sanitary uniform for each shift
Flexible attitude that helps you thrive in a complex kitchen environment
35 hours
Schedule:
8 hour shift
5 shifts per week
