**Responsibilities**

You will coordinate and oversee the entire logistics operation for live events, ensuring timely delivery and setup of all equipment in Saskatoon.

We expect you to maintain accurate inventory records by utilizing our tracking systems to ensure efficient resource management.

You shall collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and schedules that align with our event timelines and budget constraints.

You will develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions or delays, maintaining smooth operations during non-traditional hours as required.

We expect you to liaise with internal teams to understand their logístical needs, providing tailored solutions to meet those requirements effectively and efficiently.

You shall monitor transportation expenses and prepare detailed reports to assist in financial planning and cost management.

You will actively contribute to process improvements by analyzing current logistics procedures and recommending enhancements where possible.

We expect you to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the logistics cycle, fostering a secure work environment.

**Requirements**:
You must coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.

We require you to effectively communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to achieve seamless logistics processes.

You should be able to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in our logistics network.

We need you to manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations, ensuring optimal stock availability.

You are expected to use data analysis tools to track, analyze, and report on transportation costs and logistics performance metrics.

Your role involves resolving any issues related to shipping delays, product damages, or discrepancies by liaising with all parties involved.

You will work non-traditional hours as needed to support global time zones and critical deadlines.

It is important that you maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and other logístical details within our internal systems.
