SSR Mining - Seabee Gold Operation (SGO) is hiring for a Camp & Logistics Coordinator.

About Your New Role:
Reporting to the Exploration Geologist, Senior, the Camp & Logistics Coordinator is part of SSR’s Au-Cu exploration programs and collaborates with other departments of the company. You must be a team player, initiate, and advance opportunities leading to overall team growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all exploration camps and related logistics in support of SSR’s exploration activities.- Oversee all camp activities including builds, maintenance, shut-downs and moves, logístical planning and arrangements.- Procurement of all items related to field-camps, procurement of fuel and appropriate fuel tanks.- Coordinate with grocery providers.- All phases of camp permitting; ensuring environmental compliance and providing a strong contribution to SSR safety culture and programs; encourage others to do the same.- Work with numerous mine departments, consultants, and contract drilling crews to ensure the safe execution of planned activities.- Supervise and manage camp labourers to perform camp builds including general maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and setup and tear down of camp buildings.- Supervise and plan exploration camp build phases and maintenance.

Your Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong ability to effectively communicate both oral and written.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software.

Your Education and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in an Exploration field.- Experience working in a multicultural environment.

About Our Working Conditions:
This position has a schedule of 22 days of work followed by 8 days of rest at our remote camp which you will be required to fly in fly out with pick up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and La Ronge.
