Essential Qualifications
- **Experience**: At least 4 years of professional painting experience.
- **Physical Readiness**: Comfortable working at heights with proficiency in ladder use.

- **Versatility**: Skilled in both interior and exterior painting tasks.
- **Legal Requirements**: Must hold a valid Canadian Work Permit.
