We have an opportunity for you Yvon Insulation is currently looking for an Outside Sales Associate role out of our Burlington, Ontario location. Reporting to the Vice President, the Outside Sales Associate will develop sales of insulation while insuring superior customer service.

**What you will be doing**:

- Maintains a safe working environment by following Yvon’s health and safety guidelines.
- Develops and increases end user customer base by effective communication, assessment of needs and recommendations of solutions. Offers full range of products and services to new and current customers, including other product lines.
- Develops long-term supply relationships through contracts and/or agreements.
- Works as part of a team in providing customer solutions.
- Provides detailed product quotes as required to multiple customers a day to increase sales and branch revenue.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Establishes new sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites.
- Coordinates with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Education**
- Post-secondary education equivalent to one-year of Business Management equivalent is an asset.

**Experience**
- Greater than three years of sales experience in a related business
