This role is your opportunity to lead a high-performing team, build meaningful strategies, and shape the future of our Commercial & Industrial, OEM, Utilities, and Telecom sales divisions.

**Your Role**
- **Lead & Inspire**: Oversee operations, sales, and administration while mentoring a team of six to achieve ambitious sales and margin goals.
- **Strategize for Growth**: Develop and execute plans to expand key accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitability.
- **Operational Excellence**: Manage branch P&L, streamline inventory and logistics, and ensure operational efficiency.
