**Rate of Pay: $24.56 - $25.11**
**per hour**

Outpatient Rehabilitation Services requires a Rehabilitation Assistant to work as a member of the interdisciplinary team in the Neurology Day Program and within our other Outpatient Programs to provide service to clients.

**Qualifications**:
**_Education/Experience:_**
- A Diploma or Degree from a recognized two-year Rehabilitation Assistant program or from an equivalent or similar program focusing on physical rehabilitation, such as Physiotherapy/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, Kinesiology, etc
- Previous experience working with clients in an outpatient setting or health care facility with specific experience and training with relevant client population;
- Demonstrated ability to practice effectively in an interprofessional collaborative environment

**_Skills/Abilitites:_**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
