Reporting to and under the direction of the Lodge Manager, the Administrative Support
position is responsible to ensure administrative services for the assigned area. Incumbent provides stability and
continuity for management, residents, staff and interdisciplinary teams.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Administrative Assistant Certificate an asset
- Experience in administrative / accounting environment preferred
- Advanced working knowledge technology and utilization of various office equipment***
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Reception and telephone duties- Scheduling and replacement of shifts
- All administrative/office duties including word processing, mailing, filing, updating lists, recording minutes,
- data entry collection, reports, assisting residents- Accounting procedures including receipting of revenues, preparation of accounts payable, completing
- government records, and preparing records for the annual audit- Assisting with research, reports and correspondence as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
