**Position Summary**

The Property Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a gated yard facility that rents spaces for vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment. This role includes tenant management, collections of overdue accounts, general site maintenance, and lawn care across multiple company properties. The Property Coordinator ensures the yard is secure, well-maintained, and operating efficiently to provide tenants with a safe and reliable storage solution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee all yard activities, including vehicle and equipment parking allocations.
- Monitor access to ensure security of tenants’ property.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the yard.

**Tenant & Account Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding rentals, inquiries, and issues.
- Handle tenant onboarding, lease agreements, and renewals.
- Manage collections of overdue accounts and enforce payment policies.
- Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.

**Maintenance & Upkeep**
- Perform regular yard and facility inspections to ensure proper upkeep.
- Carry out lawn care, snow removal, and general maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs or services are required.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in good working condition.

**Administrative Duties**
- Track occupancy levels and maintain accurate records of tenant agreements.
- Report on collections, vacancies, and maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in property, facility, or yard management preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks, including lawn care and minor repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant relations.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and collections processes.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to operate light machinery/equipment is an asset.

**Working Conditions**
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Combination of hands-on physical work and administrative tasks.
- May require occasional after-hours availability for tenant or security issues.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $31,000.00-$36,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
