**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
- Take food and drink orders accurately while providing attentive customer service
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing processes with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food service operations including serving meals, catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements
- Upsell menu items to increase sales while delivering a memorable guest experience
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive relationships
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service delivery

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a bartender/server in fine dining, Bar,
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and billing accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous experience in hospitality or food industry preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
