Client Services is the central area of communication between internal and external customers. of While collaborating and also working indecently, you'll act as liaison and become a resource for information to our valued clientele. Client Services Representatives must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This entry level position requires accuracy with the little details, ability to deliver results, basic computer skills and a passion for helping others.

**Job Requirements**:

- Help customers using zoom, facetime, over the phone or in person
- Serve as a customer service professional inputting order information, pricing, product information and catalog requests
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely, accurate and professional communication
- Work alongside executive staff members to streamline efforts
- Learn our ERP system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
