- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments for dental procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage patient records and update information in the dental office system ( Dentrix, Recallmax.)
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments and provide financial information to patients
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in an administrative role in a medical or dental office is preferred

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and paperwork efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and billing processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
