**About the Role**:
We're looking for a _skilled, personable, and organized_ Dental Receptionist who enjoys making a difference in patients' lives — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and brings positive energy to the front desk.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software (Tracker experience is a bonus)
- Coordinate insurance submissions, pre-authorizations, and patient billing
- Support the clinical team by managing smooth patient flow and effective communication
- Keep front office operations organized and running smoothly

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of dental office experience in Canada (required)
- Knowledge of dental software (Tracker, Dentrix, or similar)
- Comfortable with ODA fee guide, insurance claims, and treatment coordination
- Strong communication skills — you know how to make patients feel heard and cared for
- A natural multitasker who stays cool under pressure
- Someone who loves learning and wants to grow with the practice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
