Mustang Freightways Ltd is looking for a LCV Certified Class 1 Driver in Acheson.

Since 1996 Mustang Freightways has grown into a reputable regional carrier leading the industry with legendary service. Mustang is a general freight carrier offering both LTL & truckload transportation in Alberta and British Columbia.

Pay: Base rate is $.581/mile and $0.681/mile when pulling turnpikes

**Basic Duties**:

- Primarily hauling LTL loads between the Edmonton and Fort McMurray
- Complete daily logs and comply with hours-of-service regulations
- Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle
- May be required to chain up from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 1 license
- 2-5 years Class 1 driving experience & long-haul experience
- LCV Certification and experience
- Knowledge of rules and regulations regarding safe operation of extended lengths, hours of service, and handling of dangerous goods
- Previous experience pulling flat decks considered an asset
- Ability to chain up as required
- Strong command of the English language
- And a positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs manually
- Comfortable with night driving
- Comfortable with a varying departure time

**Salary**: Up to $72,000.00 per year
