Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Tee On is a leading provider of innovative golf tee sheet and point of sale (POS) systems designed to enhance the efficiency and experience of golf course operations. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers, helping them maximize their business potential.
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions for new customers, ensuring they understand how to use our golf tee sheet and POS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our software, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Assist customers with system setup, configuration, and ongoing usage to optimize their experience.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and escalate software bugs or enhancement requests.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, features, and best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Contribute to the development of training materials, FAQs, and support documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of golf course operations and familiarity with golf tee sheet and POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
