We source, purchase, package, market and sell a wide-range of products to a variety of Customers. We specialize in same day shipping and in providing "Fasteners Right Now" to the marketplace. We believe in doing good work for our customers and in helping people to develop. **What Does the Role Do?** The Bilingual Customer Service Generalist Role is a versatile role that will be trained on a wide-range of activities in both warehouse operations and in directly serving our customers. Here are the main activities of the role: **Customer Service Activities** **Warehouse Operations Activities** In addition to directly serving Customers, you will spend a portion of your time on your feet in warehouse operations. This can include picking orders, preparing shipments and re-stocking inventory. **You will also learn about our Products and Services** At our retail counter or receiving area, you will acquire knowledge on how to identify our basic product categories: screws, bolts, washers, and nuts. Spaenaur’s onboarding program will guide you through completing these activities. **Job Requirements**: We are looking for people who are curious and eager to learn about how a mid-sized industrial distributor successfully operates.
