**THE JOB**:Portfolio Liaison, Quality Improvement Spread**
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $80,067 - $100,083
Reporting to the Provincial Manager, Quality Improvement, the Portfolio Liaison, QI Spread is responsible for key portfolios that support the SSC and SCC strategy and work plan. The Portfolio Liaison designs, leads and executes provincial initiatives and programs, as delegated by the Provincial Manager, QI. In partnership with the health authority teams and other system partners, the Liaison will identify successful QI projects from SSC and SCC, that have demonstrated impact and move them forward for spread consideration within the Spreading Quality Improvement (SQI) initiative. The Liaison will facilitate the building of spread capability within the initiative and share learnings across teams. The Liaison will demonstrate measurable improvement to the SSC and SCC and other stakeholders for investments in the initiative, with a specific focus on Ministry of Health priority areas. Through collaboration with key stakeholders including senior Ministry of Health and Health Authority executives, the Liaison monitors, facilitates and works to execute these initiatives and programs. Some provincial travel is required to meet with committee members.

- Improves efficiency by spearheading pilots and planned functional change initiatives.
***Negotiating (I)**:
- Demonstrates more than one preferred negotiating style (e.g. competing, co-operative, avoiding, compromise, accommodating) and adapts depending on the counterpart and context.
- Negotiates in a constructive manner when tackling difficult issues, making realistic compromises during negotiations.
