Willows Agriservices Ltd. is a well-established agricultural input supplier, priding itself on providing complete, high-quality service.
**About the Role**
Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Building relationships and providing customers with a great purchase experience
- On Farm visits to: take samples, ensure customer satisfaction, provide product consultations on feed and/or crop inputs
- Cold calling and following-up to create business
- Answering customer questions
- Acting as liaison between the customer and management
- Ongoing product knowledge and training
**Key Qualifications & Experience**
- Autonomy & willingness to find answers for customers’ questions or concerns
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well individually and in a team
- Experience in agriculture industry
- Knowledge of animal health, nutrition, crop inputs such as fertilizer and soil testing are considered an assets.
The pay for this position includes a base salary with a commission percentage added for sales and retained customers.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
