Enjoy a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with no weekend shifts. As a Team Lead, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Warehouse Manager and leading the team to success in daily operations.

**What you will accomplish with us**:
As a Warehouse Team Lead, you’ll oversee the smooth operation of the warehouse, lead and motivate the team, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and organization.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ensure the warehouse meets Master’s high presentation and operational standards.
- Develop strategies to promote team adherence to company policies and performance goals.
- Oversee daily tasks, including preparing deliveries and managing inventory accuracy.
- Lead, guide, and train the warehouse team to excel in their roles.
- Support the Warehouse Manager and take charge in their absence.
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving goods, picking and packing orders, and organizing stock.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Resourcefulness and initiative to handle challenges effectively.
- Enthusiasm for customer service and a strong work ethic.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma completed.
- Valid forklift certification (counterbalance and reach truck).
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting (an asset).
- Dangerous goods certification (an asset).
- Ability to lift or move heavy products.
- Experience or training in a similar position.
- Safety footwear is required.
