**What you’ll do**

The Purchasing Coordinator will actively contribute to the success of the objectives of the Franchise Division's purchasing department by completing:

- With the help of the manager, the organization and management of virtual and/or physical procurement presentations
- The publication of memos for the department and for procurement presentations
- Delivery tracking and verification of products and advertised prices
- Assistance and administrative support in the elaboration/production of team projects

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager - Procurement Presentation and Product Management, the Purchasing Coordinator will work closely with the Purchasing, Marketing, Distribution Center, and Business Intelligence teams

**What you bring**
- Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
- Work with mínimal supervision and have leadership skills
- Be able to work on more than one project at a time
- Very good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize workload
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of AS400, AX, and BSWP (an asset)
- Good collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Distribution Centre, and Business Intelligence)
